Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi, Bukittinggi

I stayed here for one night, and it wasn't exactly what I hoped for. While the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well, I faced several issues with the facilities, like a broken shower and a blocked drain. The overall quality felt cheap and not up to par, which was disappointing for the price. On a positive note, the staff was helpful, and the mountain views were quite nice, but those redeeming qualities weren't enough to outweigh the negatives.

The hotel has a stunning appearance with a lot of marble, which made me think it would be a special experience. Unfortunately, I encountered some major issues like the lack of hot water during my stay and limited drink options at the bar. The breakfast was enjoyable, but dinner left a lot to be desired, as the dining room was nearly empty at that hour. Overall, I would suggest looking for other upscale options in Bukittinggi.
